Detention Review / Admissibility Hearings

When people are detained by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) for immigration reasons, they will have a detention review hearing before IRB. If the CBSA believes there's a reason you don't have the right to be in Canada, you may be ordered to appear for an admissibility hearing.

Refugee Protection Claims & Appeals
